Ann Koufman-Frederick is Vice President of Learning Innovation at Consulting Services for Education (CS4Ed.com) where she leads the development, implementation, and scaling of K12 innovative programming. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Harvard Alumni Association, co-leading the Intellectual Content: Digital and Blended Learning Initiative, and teaches in the Technology, Innovation, Education program at Harvard Graduate School of Education.
A former Massachusetts public school educator, Ann served as Deputy Superintendent for Teaching & Learning in Newton, Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent in Watertown and Director of Technology Initiatives at the Massachusetts Association of School Superintendents. She began her teaching career as an instructional technology specialist in Brookline. Ann received her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Boston College, a CAGS in Instructional Technology from Lesley University, and an A.B. in Psychology from Harvard University.
