The Building Blocks Tool is a research-based, online planning framework that breaks down the essential elements of building and sustaining equitable education systems. In the platform, education leaders are able to find innovative solutions to pressing problems by: identifying priorities; considering your assets; finding examples and resources; and creating a plan that is tailored to their context, centered in equity.

The Building Blocks Tool helps leaders build and skills to:

      • Ensure equitable student outcomes – both non-academic and academic;
      • Sustain strong school communities;
      • Thoughtfully integrate technology and innovation; and
      • Manage uncertainty and change.
