The following Privacy Statement describes the general privacy practices that apply to personal information that LearnLaunch collects, uses and shares about individuals with whom LearnLaunch has or contemplates a business relationship, whether that relationship is conducted through personal contact in meetings, conferences, and other events; or virtually via website visits, online subscription to our newsletter/email list and social media accounts, or other services we operate, including event registration, etc. via a third-party service or site.

Use of data

LearnLaunch may collect your personal information as an individual for various purposes, such as the following:

    • Access and use of websites or other online services
When you enter one of our websites or use one of our online services, we will record information necessary to provide you with access, for the operation of the website, and for us to comply with security and legal requirements in relation to operating our site, such as passwords, IP address and browser settings. We also collect information about your activities during your visit to collect statistics to help us improve and further develop our websites, products, and/or services.
    • Responding to your request for information or registration for an event
When you contact us (online or offline) in connection with a request for information, to register for an event, or to participate in a forum or other social media, we collect information necessary to fulfill your request, to grant you access to the product or service, to provide you with support and to be able to contact you. We may also use this information to contact you to solicit user satisfaction survey information. We retain such information to improve the services we provide and understand site usage. When you provide your name and contact information to register in connection with such a request, the registration may serve to identify you when you opt in to our newsletter (or other services), visit our websites, or register to a third-party service for the purpose of attending events that we offer to the general public.
    • Visitor information
We register individuals visiting our office or attending an event held at a partner’s site to know who is present in physical spaces for which we are responsible. During an event, we may use video recording devices to record the event, which may capture images and conversations of event participants.
    • Events
When you register for an event we may collect information (online or offline) in relation to the event, to share future opportunities with you, and to facilitate conducting surveys of attendees regarding their experience during an event.
    • Newsletter

LearnLaunch implements reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. Additionally, we require that our partners protect such information from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure, e.g., event registration sites that collect personal and credit card payment information.

We cannot guarantee that transmissions of your personal information will be fully secure and that third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or the security measures of our partners. We assume no liability for disclosure of your information due to transmission errors, third-party access, or causes beyond our control.
